As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a talented and ambitious Lead Electrician to play a key role in helping build and lead our dynamic service department.

 

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience in service. Candidates should be willing to train and coach in addition to running service calls.

What YOU will do: 

  • Run residential electrical service, maintenance, and inspection calls
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
  • Complete whole house rewires
  • Lead and train electrical team members
  • As needed, willing to supervise large projects in the field and work with customers and technicians to quote large sales projects

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of residential electrical experience in service
  • Licensed Master Electrician preferred
  • Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software, ideally Service Titan
  • Excellent leadership skills and the drive to succeed
